Lee is credited for designing & conducting the culture change program for AirAsia, the biggest low cost carrier in Asia. The culture change programs which reached out to Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia & Malaysia totalling 1500 participants is designed to support the human capital development strategy of AirAsia. Lee is also responsible in assisting AirAsia Academy in developing the AirAsia leadership model.
