Leadership/Management Development Program

The Leadership and Management Development program serves to support and develop the targeted groups of executives to junior managers from the initial steps into management. The program is on modular basis from pre-assessment, development of personal growth plan, acquiring skills, identify work projects for improvement to post performance evaluation.

Duration – 4 – 6 months with interval of coursework and assessment.
