Lee as he is fondly known by his participants, has 20 years of training experience in the field of management & leadership. Wong Yew Yip was formerly the Head of Learning Account Management, Maybank Group Learning Centre, Maybank, Malaysia. He has conceptualized, developed and implemented a wide range of learning strategies and initiatives for a learning organization which are aligned with the desired performance and objectives of the various business units in the organization. His expertise in the field of learning includes the design and development of the Learning Value Chain components encompassing learning needs analysis, design, development, delivery and deployment of learning solutions, learning centre operations, assessment of learning effectiveness, on-job certification and knowledge management. He has more than 15 years in the field of learning and consultancy.
He has led high profile project teams to develop and operationalize the functional competency framework, articulating critical competencies (in term of knowledge and skills) to raise the competency levels of staff through definitive standards and assessment towards the longer term goal of developing a competitive talent pool to support future growth.
He has more than 24 years of managerial experience in the financial industry which includes heading the market research, product development, marketing, product management and private banking in Maybank – the premier bank in Malaysia. In addition, he has formulated the strategic management plans for the retail banking business.
He has successfully completed the program requirements leading to the award of the ASTD’s Certificate in Human Performance Improvement (HPI).
He has also successfully completed “Napoleon Hill’s Science of Success Certification Training Program” and is an Authorized Certified Trainer with Napoleon Hill Associates to train individuals to realize the potential power of the mind, particularly attitude control and behavioral change, along with the cultivation of personal mastery skills to empower professionals for today’s competitive marketplace.

Chandran GP holds a Doctorate in Strategic Management, a Masters degree International Business Administration and an Honors Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
President of American Academy of Project Management Malaysia Chapter and A Certified AAPM Trainer. He is a Master Project Manager (MPM®), a Certified International Project Manager (CIPM®) and a Certified Planning Engineer (CPE™) and an ORACLE Specialist and MICROSOFT Certified Professional. He is also a Certified as a Malaysian Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) trainer (PSMB /TTT/1817) and a Certified KNX Tutor. A Certified Situational Leadership II® Trainer from Ken Blanchard.
A Project Management Practitioner as well as a PM Trainer and works with a number of Japanese companies in system integration projects and productivity improvement projects. Chandran has conducted several programs for technicians, engineers and managers in the areas of Leadership, Managerial Skills Project Management and Problem Solving Tools.
Chandran has more than 25 years of experience in managing projects and training programs in various industries in several countries. His work experiences in engineering, manufacturing industries, system integration and project management.
He has successfully implemented strategic management initiatives and Balance ScoreCard in several organizations.
At present, he is involved in consulting several SMEs in implementing Strategic Management projects, a Malaysian Productivity Corporation initiative. He is also involved in a similar projects in Phiilippines. Specializing Total Productive Maintenance and specific management areas, he has spent the last 10 years of his career actively involved in training people. Taking a pragmatic centered approach, Chandran shares his personal experiences during the training.
Norhaslin Bin Nordin
Haslin started his career 10 years ago as a hotelier focusing on recreation and team building activities. He is also a qualified life guard (international life saving) since 2002.
The “Running Man” of QOM Team, Haslin has conducted outdoor activities such as Amazing Race, Running Man, Explore Hunt, Dragon Boat Race, Rock Climbing, Rope Course & Sea Challenge to many companies such as Pos Malaysia, Synergy, Press Metal, Marcos, Alere Health, Pepsico, Tay Ibrahim & Partners, ELK Capital.
